The Showermiser

Whilst Cookermiser has been available to control bathroom ventilation where electric showers are installed, no direct acting device has been available for conventional showers until now.

Showermiser using temperature sensing is the answer to this missing link.

By simply sensing the temperature of the hot water to a bath or shower, the unit detects when a shower is in use, automatically turning on an extract fan. Following the shower as the pipe cools down so the fan is turned off.

This cooling down process provides a natural overrun for the fan of between 7 – 10 minutes. Additional overrun time can be obtained by adjusting the potentiometer in the control unit.

The picture below shows a control unit and the option of temperature sensor or current sensor.
